Full Implementation Phase

Phases of Implementation:  1. Exploration  >  2. Installation  >  3. Initial Implementation  >  4. Full Implementation  >  5. Program Sustainability

Once staff development is in place and ongoing and organizational structures are fully functioning and working together to monitor and support program delivery, your team is ready for the Full Implementation Phase.  The goal of the Full Implementation Phase is to ensure the systems and policies in place are prepared to produce lesson delivery with high fidelity to the Too Good delivery model and to achieve expected student outcomes.

Through continued monitoring, you will be able to determine if Too Good is working as intended and your implementation is prepared for sustainability over time.   In this phase, you will evaluate your implementation once again this time reporting the monitored process and student outcomes to your funding source.

Outcomes of Full Implementation:

  • Facilitators repeated Too Good lesson delivery to new groups of students.
  • The Implementation Team monitored fidelity to avoid program drift.
  • The Implementation Team collected and analyzed process outcome and student outcome data.
  • The Implementation Team reported data to appropriate leadership and/or funding source.
  • The Implementation Team and appropriate leadership began sustainability planning.
  • If required, a Quality Assurance Review and/or Quality Assurance Site visit has been scheduled.

Full Implementation Goals and Activities

Goal 1:  Ongoing Lesson Deliveries

   Activities:

  • Staffing of lesson facilitators is complete, maintained, and improved by the Implementation Team.
  • Too Good programs are scheduled to serve the remaining student cohorts at the delivery sites.
  • Lesson deliveries are more skillfully provided.

Goal 2:  Program Monitoring and Support

   Activities:

  • The Implementation Team regularly monitors lesson deliveries for fidelity of implementation to identify and correct program drift or improper adaptations.
  • The Implementation Team continues to build facilitator confidence and competence through on-going training, coaching, and guidance.

Goal 3: Data Collection and Analysis

   Activities:

  • The Implementation Team collects and analyzes both student and process outcomes again, this time with the plan to report these outcomes data.
  • The Implementation Coordinator will advise on the reporting period and deadline as indicated by leadership and/or the funding source.
  • The Implementation Team will formulate a report of outcomes data.

Goal 4: Data Reporting

   Activities:

  • The Implementation Coordinator will send the outcomes report to assigned leadership, stakeholders, or funding source.
  • If the funding source requires participation in a Quality Assurance Review  for a fidelity ranking certificate, the IC should send the outcomes report to the designated source.

Goal 5: Sustainability Planning

   Activities:

  • The Implementation Coordinator contacts the designated source to schedule a Quality Assurance Review and site visit if required to do so.
  • The Implementation Team compares process outcomes with student outcomes to assess implementation quality.  If student outcomes are low, a review of the Too Good Fidelity Model and Core Components as well as process outcomes is advised to identify and resolve fidelity barriers in order to strengthen fidelity in subsequent lesson deliveries.
