Receiving Your Order
We make every effort to insure your order is packed with care and accuracy so that your Too Good program materials
are ready for you to begin lesson delivery as soon as they arrive.
As soon you receive your packages from the Mendez Foundation, fully inspect all parcels to confirm you have received
everything you ordered. Compare the attached Packing Slip against your Order Confirmation and the contents
of the parcels you receive. Inspect your order as soon as it delivered and within thirty (30) days of the order delivery date.
If you find something is missing or damaged from your order, promptly contact Mendez Foundation Customer Service
to request a replacement item. Have your order number ready when you call or include it in your email so we may
address your request quickly.
Step 1: Compare the Packing Slip with your Order Confirmation
Compare the Packing Slip with your Order Confirmation to ensure what has been shipped matches your order. Items will often be packed in separate boxes. Compare the tracking information for your shipment to confirm you received all of the boxes in your shipment.
Step 2: Inspect Your Packages
Our fulfillment center packs orders to minimize the number of packages necessary to ship and to insure safe arrival of the goods. That means some items are packed within or around other items or in multiple boxes.
Carefully examine all contents of the packages within thirty (30) days of receipt to confirm everything you ordered has arrived.
