Return Policy

We value our relationship with you and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.  We offer you the option to return or exchange the products you purchase.  You may return eligible products for exchange, a credit, or a refund, less shipping and handling.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, we will be happy to assist you in returning your merchandise to us. Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange within 90 days of the date on the original packing slip at the purchase price indicated on the associated order.

Items may be returned after 90 days and within 6 months of the date on the packing slip for a credit or exchange at the current retail price.  Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment up to 90 days after the original purchase.

Please contact us at 800-750-0986 to initiate the return or exchange process. If the return or exchange can proceed, we will issue a Return Authorization Number and confirm the amount of your credit or refund.

Sending Returned Merchandise

Merchandise returned must be in its original packaging in as-new condition along with any media and any other parts or components.  Ship your return merchandise within five (5) days of the Return Authorization Number issue date.  Damaged or used merchandise returned to us will not be credited or refunded and will not be returned to you.

We will not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number.  Merchandise returned to us without prior authorization and without a Return Authorization Number will not be credited and will not be shipped back to you.

Ship the products at your expense and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

Upon receipt of your return, your merchandise will be inspected. Damaged merchandise or incomplete items, open packages, or kits returned with components missing will not be credited or refunded and will not be returned to you.

We will issue a credit or a refund, including any applicable taxes, for returns of salable merchandise within the terms of the return policy.  Shipping charges are not refundable.
